To be responsive means to satisfy the needs of the people as fast as possiblewithout delay. Being responsive to the public will create a connections or goodrelationship to them regardless of their age, race, religion, economic and socialstatus. One way to show responsiveness is acting promptly on client’s requestwithout delay. I will be patient and polite to gain the respect of the people I serve.For the poor people I will attend their needs without discrimination and showingthem and all of the people a good hospitality
.The government has been long improving the rate of their productivity. There aregovernment agencies which cannot meet the satisfaction needs of the people. Thismatter concerns about the employees of an agency. For an agency to satisfy theneeds of people without delay the employees must be disciplined and active onevery work. For the people to change their perception about the government beingslow from processing the needs of the people they are serving the governmentemployee must have the ability and very attentive.
