Considering all the powers given to Philippine Congress, What do you think are the hindrances why sometimes some of these powers are not properly executed?
Answer: Poor Governance is the main problem of the country's Congress. They cant focus on the country's problem or country's economy because of their personal interest that leads to corruption.
