I could say the strength of the chef is if he/she is at the higher level of business in where he/she already have a restaurant and also money, the weakness is if the chef's business is not very well known and not that visited, opportunities is when some company and individual chef's will promote and support your business with their name and company, threats for me when your a chef and you own a business sometimes you'll gonna have competitors in where if your competing with them they will find a way to drag your business down even your privacy they will dig that.
