Filipino's would probably be more fluent in their own language and would be able to learn more deeper terms of their language, since Filipinos these days use the language "tag-lish" which is a combination of Tagalog and English. Filipino's might not have developed a lot of the so-called "slangs", if it wasn't for the influence of Americans.
