I think the song is about not hiding our feelings and just be ourselves. But this song encourage us that It's okay to cry' to laugh, to expect things, to get hurt, to get fluttered by excitement and to become dulled. "From some point, I became used to the rules I follow to hide my heart" I build an image that is far from who I really am to avoid getting hurt and for some people to stay by my side. I tell myself how to act around some people and as time goes by, I was used to it.

I think the title song is already the perfect one for the song but if I'm gonna have an alternate title, "It's okay to be you" would be the one.
