I set an obtainable goals and challenges then I do refine the Process and the appropriate skill for the design becoz the more we refine our approaches and techniques the more skilled we work will become. This doesn't necessary lead to originality on it's own,but I do come up with that kind of design so overall I achieve Self-direction through hard-Won Success.
