- The left part is the whole number while the fractional parts are on the right side that's separated by the decimal point.
- The part of the right side is the numbers that has/have the lower value than the left side.
- Normally written digits kapag whole number siya or we say na nasa left side.
- The word 'and' on the sentence given, always represents the decimal point. Basically, automatic na siyang decimal point base on what I've learned.
