Have you been so excited to see your relatives living far away? Every year my family gathers together for our annual reunion. We usually do it at our grandparents’ house. The entire clan never fail to organize different committees to make the event successful. They give their best to plan. The goal is to make it special which gives a fun experience and brings us closer to our family and unknown relatives.
This event usually involves activities like playing games and holding a program in which we hear speeches. It is also my mother’s idea that all kids will receive children’s toys. All of us are excited because we go home with lots of memories and to cherish.
My aunts and uncles always choose the dates for this awaited event. They make sure that the entire week has a ray of beautiful sunshine and doesn’t rain.
Fruits harvested from my grandparents’ farm like sweet mangoes, and pineapples are always present during the banquet.
Happiness is always seen our faces. It is always hard to say goodbye at the closing ceremony, and thus we always look forward to this fantastic family annual gathering.
