The small population that we have in our barangay became a blessing to our barangay because it resulted to a more united constituents. Every time our barangay as programs that needs participation of its constituents, everyone are very eager to participate. But the most brilliant thing that our small population has resulted is that it made us closer to each other that we know almost our fellow constituents in our barangay.
