Base on my experience, whenever I'm near with nature i feel more healthier, happier, smarter, and more creative. And because of that, when iam really stress i just want to connect and feel them and i feel relieve after that. I think because when i connect to nature i build relationship, that for me whenever I'm with them i feel relax.And when i can't think of any answer, as a student i actually stop and go outside to breath and calm myself, that was i think i connect to nature.
