DESCRIPTION Patient B is a sad looking 13-year-old girl. She is a wellprovided child. She is living with a brother that always makes her bad and parents that keeps shouting at each other every night. Every time her parents came to an argument, she locks herself in her room with a lot of food. She started to get bigger, then her school mates started calling her "fat lady". With these situations in her life, she started to look at herself a worthless girl. A neighbor had started noticing her when she was walking looking sad while eating a large bag of junk food. Her neighbor got concemed because she saw the patient's eating habit for a lot of time. The neighbor had told her parents and convinced them to bring her to a psychiatric doctor.
