1.yoga,is for relaxation when having stress.
2.exercise,is for having a healthy lifestyle
3.warm up, before exercising please do a warm up cause if you dont do a warm up you will be injured.
4.physically fit, is a physical activities that will help you stay in fit.
5.health is wealth, because staying in fit or in good healthy life style is indeed wealth.
