The person I regard as an effective leader is no other than my father. Our father is a leader of our own family, he possessed the quality of having a courage, leadership, passion, commitment, confident and ambition for his children. Being a leader will not defined by the position in our neighbourhood either by our society it will defined by his characteristics he possessed in ruling his subject citizens such as his family. Being a good father to one family is considered as a good leader because his aspiration to his family is clean and good and only want the best for his family.
