There could be pros and cons to many factors on different situations one of which we can look back at the examples in ww2 when Germany of the Weimar Republic switched its political views to fascism after proving that the political party of hitler proved more popular in the eyes of the people. Same with The kingdom of russia when its tsar was overthrown and communism took over.
So in my general opinion switching politicians who switches political party's just seems to be more risk full at becoming a failure
