Situation 1. You are already in the grade 10 when you leamed that your parents did not undergone civil marriage. You want them to have this because you have learned that there are tips of birth control, family planning and responsible parenthood are discussed during this chvil marriage and at the same time you will soon need their marriage document in the future, 1. As a son/daughter, what should you do? 2. What law governs this situation? 3. What agency should you ask help for this situation?
