I used trial and error with this one.

If you buy 8 kilogram of banana, it costs 240 pesos.

2.) How about the value of y in the problem?

Y represents the price of mango per kilo. I guess it's 3 kilograms

2×80= 160pesos.

Add 240 and 160= You'll get 400.

3.) Write an equation based on the problem.

x=30

y=80

x+y= 400
