Why do we need to classify living things? If you had to separate all life on Earth into major categories, how would you do it?

It is important to classify living things because it will help us understands the differences and the interrelatedness of all living things. Also, it will organize each living thing, it will avoid confusion, and it will give meaning to the vast diversity of life.

If I will be given the chance to categorize all life on Earth, I will surely not do it because separating each living thing into major categories will just result in discrimination and biases. Yes, it is important to classify all living things but we can just consider everyone with the same classification because after all, we are all just temporary here and the classification will only complicate things. As a result of this, life will be more beautiful for each living thing will be treated fairly and no one is above each other except the Almighty creator. No animals will be abused, no trees will be cut down, no wildlife will be endangered, no ecosystem will be compromised because humans will no longer be above all things for we are all just the same.
