1. Stretch your am and feel the muscle in your upper arm. Observe what happens to the muscle in your upper arm when relaxed. Record your observation in the table below.
2. Bend your arm. Feel again the muscle in the upper arm. Observe what happens to the muscle when they contract. Record your observation.
3. Repeat steps a and 2. This time, use your muscles in your lower leg.
