Heat moves in three ways, conduction, convection, and radiation. Heat moves when things are at different temperatures, always moving from hotter to colder things. If you touch something hot, you can feel the heat moving into your body. This is called conduction, and it happens whenever hot things touch cooler ones. And Heat is a form of energy. Heat flows from hot objects to cool objects. It flows from one object to another because of their difference in temperature. The cool object absorbs the energy and becomes warmer.
