How I Keep My Body Healthy and Physically Fit.

It's been years since us students were exposed with Physical Education activities, ones that vies to give us knowledge on how important it is to keep a healthy body. But we all have differences in what practices works well for us. Here are some of the things I do to keep a healthy body.

Maintaining exercise as part of my routine. There are a lot of exercises available to try, but it is also important to have proper knowledge to keep ourselves safe from possible harms of exercise mishaps. Second, observing my body state, human body is flexible, and it needs to be maintained in good shape in order to function well. I incorporate healthy foods, and drink vitamins to keep my system strong.

Third, trusting the ever friendly drinking water. Better stay dehydrated to avoid harms of being sick. Fourth, Getting adequate sleep, though it is kind of hard to achieve right now, specially with responsibilities getting on the way of a good sleep. I try my best to still get enough sleep to be a ble to seize the day.

Lastly, (and what I think is one of the most important) Prioritizing mental health. I've always trusted the saying "Healthy Mind, Healthy Body"
In order to get that, I try to connect with myself the best I can and slowly opening up about my feelings instead of bottling them up.

These are the ways I keep my body healthy and physically fit. Hopefully, I'd be able to maintain them as part of my life, and learn new things to try along the way.
