**MY ANSWER**
1. As a future manager on how I build a relationship and motivate my employees to perform better is I'll be willing to take time to meet with and listen to employees, I will give as much time as they need or want, I will provide specific feedback about the performance of the employee, the department and the organization and we will strive to create a work invironment that is open, trusting and fun.
2.Due to my desire to fulfill my dream there's nothing hindrance to strived. it is my strenght to pursue them eventhough a midst of pandemic but it is not the reason to stop studying as long as for your better future that's why we should fight for it.
