The nervous system controls all the activities of the body. It is made up of the brain,spinal cord and 9 network of nerves that are scattered throughout the body.
The nervous system carries out two functions:
- Detects changes that occur inside and outside the body.
- Detects the adjustments, the body makes to the changes.

The Circulatory System
The main components of the circulatory system are the heart,blood vessels,blood and the lymphatic system. Your heart controls the circulatory system the beating of the heart is responsible for sending oxgen-rich blood to the rest of the body, through blood vessels called the arteries.
- The circulatory system is like a road map that shows it is connected to the different muscles and organs of the body.
It carries two important functions:
- It delivers food, oxgen and the needed materials to all cells of the body
- It picks up the transport waste from the cells to the organs that get rid of unwanted matter.
Generally, the circulatory system has three main parts:
- The blood vessels that connect and branch out to reach all parts of the body.
- The blood flows through the blood vessels; and
- the heart that helps move the blood
