I quite don't get what type of topic you should use for the sentences, if the topic could be anything then sure.
Correct grammar should be use and learned to help people know and understand you even more. Wrong grammars might have misunderstandings that might lead into a big miscommunication.
Proper grammar are very VERY required these days. Usually, for interviews etc. Proper grammar are used for any types of works.
Grammar might be hard but soon enough, you'll get to know it.
