Because she didn't come to Jupiter's Wedding and She was so Lazy.

They are Very Helpful because even though that Tortoise wasn't their friend or something they still help her to explore and see the world.

If it is all about Jupiter's Wedding well I will not going to do the same because being invited 'especially' is a symbol of that Jupiter think of you as a good friend that can't miss her wedding.
