Sagot :
The King.
The king is the most important piece in chess, and chess strategy often revolves around finding ways to protect your king while threatening your opponent's. The king can move in any direction, albeit only one square at a time
The touch-move rule in chess specifies that a player, having the move, who deliberately touches a piece on the board must move or capture that piece if it is legal to do so. If it is the player's piece that was touched, it must be moved if the piece has a legal move.
Movement. White moves first, after which players alternate turns, moving one piece per turn, except for castling, when two pieces are moved. A piece is moved to either an unoccupied square or one occupied by an opponent's piece, which is captured and removed from play.
