Well for me..Yes our population is growing. I think it means that people nowadays control or in fact kill people. For example, If you were still a teenager and you are having sex with your boyfriend you are using condoms etc. in order to prevent getting pregnant. Or maybe if you get pregnant and you don't want any of that you kill it by means of taking pills or etc.
