Moving a person requires great care. But if the first aider will recue a person threatened by the fire, explosive or poisonous gasses or some emergency, be sure that the first aider should not take action until the first aider must have time to determine the extent of danger and handle it successfully.

For me the easiest ways to carry an unconscious patient is Fireman's carry.
This must be done if the patient has:
an injured arm
leg
rib
neck
back
For me the most difficult is the six man lift carry because I will need six first aider just to carry the victim; In the case of unavailability of the first aider I cannot do this technique.
