Semen is being formed in the testes and matured in the epididymis. During sexual intercourse, semen will travel from through vas deferens and then urethra and it will be ejaculated out in the penis to the uterine cervix. The semen will travel then going to the uterus and stays in the oviduct and wait for the egg cell to be fertilized.
When semen and egg cell meet, the semen will fertilized the egg cell and only one sperm cell can penetrate inside the egg cell.
