Why is it important that DNA replication is exact?

We humans started by one egg cell and one sperm cell which united together forming us. Which means we started by two cells only and these cells able to multiply and slowly building the foundation of our body. The DNA carried by the sperm and egg cell should be replicated and passed down the DNA during cell multiplication of or cell division. Remember that every cell should contain DNA in the nucleus so when our cells will multiply, the DNA it carries should also be replicated and distributed to created cells. During DNA replication, all the genetic codes should be carefully created so that it is 100 percent the same with the original mother cells or it will result to some mutation resulting to some genetic anomaly or genetic disorders

Why does DNA need  to be a careful reader?

DNA carries the genetic code which is the foundation of our body. All structure in our body are base on our DNA and there is no the same DNA carried by two or more individual. Each individual have there own unique sets and DNA.
