For my opinion, I think it is a bad way becuase if they use their phones during classes, how will they be able to learn if their mind is consentrated to the phone? I mean that, phone can help students to their homework but during classes, students should keep their phones so that they can have learnings during the class. They can only be allowed if the class is dismissed.
