Sagot :

Answer:

1. Worried. Seeking, or asking for help. Deep breathing can help, call an ambulance.

2. Scared. Deep Breath, think of the duck, cover, and hold to make myself safe, trying to calm me before doing anything for better thinking.

3. I always feel angry being reprimanded by someone but to think of it that they are correct in reprimanding, my anger is not the solution. Always remain calm, use your brain to think of why's and what if's. Managing your anger is never been that easy but you will learn from it, time to time.

4. Unhappy, feeling painfulness. Another way to solve the problems you are fighting with is to think of a better solution, always know what is the side of your brother/sister before judging who is right and wrong, and don't forget to stay calm. (Kung di ka kalmado at wala kang utak baka masaksak mo na kapatid mo.)

5. Happy. Being hugged by your loved ones is one of the most precious moments in the whole world, you'll feel so much joy, that even the problems you're dealing with you would just ignore or forget just to feel and treasure the moments.

6. Sad at the same time happy. Sad because I can't hang out and can do bonding with my friends, happy because I can make more special memories with my family.

7. Sad and would feel regrets. Sad and regrets will always be both emotions I would feel for losing something that my parents gave me. Sad because the things that my parents gave me will always have sentimental values, regrets for I did not keep it or forgot where I did put it.
